Argon(Ar) annealed wafer
Ar annealed wafers are progressive primary wafers that have several features:
- High mechanical bulk strength,
- Controllable intrinsic gettering ability.
The surface of silicon wafer is annealing in Ar ambient to make the required state to cope with high-tech applications that require extremely high external finish.
